Guests have loved it when it has been featured in a special prix fixe at Canary By Gorji, his fine dining restaurant in Dallas. They can’t believe it is venison. This is not your everyday venison!  Wikipedia says, “venison is widely considered by modern nutritionists to be a very healthy meat…it tends to have a finer texture and is leaner than comparable cuts of beef. It is higher in moisture, similar in protein and lower in calories, cholesterol and fat than most cuts of grain-fed beef, pork, or lamb.”

Learn Gorji’s secrets and techniques for grilling his award-winning best steaks, which the Dallas Observer review called “one of the best in the metroplex.” You will also learn how to make those flavorful grilled vegetables Canary is known for. And then after the class enjoy a three course dinner featuring what you just learned.
