Gorji, an engineer turned chef and restaurateur, has helmed his critically acclaimed namesake restaurant for 19 years in Dallas, Texas. Named Best Steakhouse by the Dallas Observer 2021 and one of the most romantic by Thrillist 2020, 2022.
