Gorji prepares and cooks his award-winning ribeye steak with it. It's also great with seafood and vegetables. Priming with this olive oil marinade makes the natural flavor burst from your grilled and pan-seared creations.
The olive oil mixture has earned Gorji's beef tenderloin a place on Dallas Observer's Favorite List. Nicknamed "Steak Primer" it has won multiple ZestFest and Scovie Awards in the barbecue/marinade category in blind judging food competitions. He uses it with beef, pork, venison, quail and other meats as well as fish such as salmon and cod.
