Celebrating 19 Years of Food and Friends
It has been an eventful last couple of years. Pivoting to fine dining TakeOut during the pandemic was challenging, but turned out to be fun with everyone sending their photos of how they plated their take-home meals. The settings were very creative and we gathered a large photo gallery that we called TakeOut Tables. Then in 2021 as we resumed dining-in again we were honored to be named Dallas’ Best Steakhouse by the Dallas Observer.
Steak and Texas Wine Dinner
On March 1, 2022 we celebrated our 19th anniversary and the best steak designation with a four course steak and wine dinner. Guests enjoyed midwest wet aged prime beef tenderloin, New Zealand venison tenderloin, grilled scallopini of veal and dessert paired with wines from acclaimed Reddy Vineyards.
Eric Sigmund, Reddy Vineyards’ Chief Operating Officer and Certified Sommelier presented. The evening’s wines took home top honors of 2022 at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, the largest of US made wine in the country. They are 2019 Reserve Cabernet Franc (Best In Class), 2019 Reserve Viognier/Marsanne (Gold), 2020 Reserve Pinot Noir (Double Gold) and 2020 TX-LUSH Semi-Sweet White (Gold.)
