Gorji Celebrates 20th Anniversary on March 1st!
DALLAS, February 2023 – Gorji restaurant will celebrate its 20-year anniversary March 1st. Throughout the month each table receives a choice of a complimentary dessert or one of Gorji Gourmet’s Pomegranate Vinaigrette, Dipping Oil & Marinade, Pomodoro or Arrabiata sauce in appreciation of dining with us on this occasion.
Gorji features New Mediterranean Cuisine including sustainable steak and seafood. The emphasis is on food, flavors and guests enjoying their evening. They are open three nights for dine-in and have 5 tables. One seating per night allows guests to not feel rushed and the staff to perform at their best. Texas Steak Cook-Off Champion, Chef Gorji cooks each meal. This format provides time for him to personally shop for ingredients which leads to inspiration for new dishes.

The restaurant opened in 2003 and is located in North Dallas and serves dine-in dinners Thursday-Saturday. Chef Gorji has written a cookbook titled Zing! earning five domestic and international cookbook awards. He also created a line of sauces, Gorji Gourmet Foods in 2006 earning 39 awards to date in blind-judging food competitions.
