In addition to the regular menu, Canary By Gorji also offers a two or three course Prix Fixe menu that changes weekly. Recent ones have featured razor clams with remoulade crostini and venison strip loin with roquefort and shallots over turnip puree.
The small 7-table restaurant puts it’s emphasis on food and flavors and offers an interesting international and domestic wine list from boutique wineries that you won’t find elsewhere.

In their Trending Tables report which surveys establishments in 10 top food cities across the country, their Trending Tables report called the food "imaginative, unusual and highly personal, as evidenced by the constant and buzzing presence of Chef Gorji himself."
In Canary By Gorji cooking classes, the emphasis is on cooking techniques. The class is followed by a three course dinner that was featured in the class. They are paired with wines and everyone gets to enjoy the dishes they learned earlier in Chef Gorji's kitchen. Participants report that they have used the tips and techniques that they learned to make gourmet meals for family and friends.
