Artizone’s new “Artisan Experience Series” launched with Chef Gorji Appetizers & Wine Evening
The premier of Artizone’s “Artisan Experience Series” designed to bring together their local food artisans and their patrons was hosted by Chef Gorji at Canary By Gorji Restaurant, March 16, 2015 with a private Appetizer Tasting & Wine event.

Artizone’s Artisan Of The Month, Chef Gorji launched the series with with appetizers made with his award-winning Gorji Gourmet Foods® sauces and served with wine.
Monday night’s guests enjoyed Chef Gorji appetizers ranging from pasta and pizza to seafood and even a bloody mary made with Gorji Gourmet Foods Arrabiata Diavolo, that won 1st place in Best Pasta Sauce Cookoff and 2nd in Best New Product at ZestFest 2015. A guest remarked that they would never have thought of making a bloody mary with an Arrabiata Diavolo sauce, but it was delicious! Another hit was his signature appetizer of grilled chilled avocado with poached shrimp that is in his cookbook Zing! By Gorji. Guests commented that they had never had a grilled avocado, but couldn’t wait to try it!
