Chef Gorji, the back-to-back Texas Steak Cookoff Champion cooks from around the Mediterranean basin, at his gourmet restaurant, interchanging ingredients and techniques creating his signature New Mediterranean cuisine as well as offering the best steak and creative seafood dishes. The Dallas Observer praised prime cuts of tenderloin, Texas wild boar, pork and lamb t-bone as well as other menu items. The changing menu includes innovative seafood dishes such as poached rainbow trout with yogurt as well as the surprising Mediterranean style gourmet catfish. Usually fancy restaurants in Dallas don’t have Catfish on the menu, but Gorji’s inventive recipe has been published in Texas Monthly, Upscale Living Magazine and nationally in the Daily Meal.
